Oak & Smoke was born from a shared obsession with fire, smoke, and bold flavor. Chef-owners Anna Bautista and Sean Jorgensen bring extraordinary global credentials — from Michelin-starred kitchens in California to acclaimed establishments in Shanghai and Bali — and channel it all into one chic Makati address.

Using binchotan charcoal prized for its intense, clean heat, and locally sourced sampalok wood for a sweet, aromatic smoke, every dish is a study in contrast: searing heat and delicate finesse, familiar comfort and unexpected Asian twists.
